There are many sayings and quotes about fear. Popular wisdom usually advises to face a fear and look it straight in the eyes to overcome it. That’s the hard way and not necessarily a bad way. Some people say you have to tackle fear progressively.
Whether you’re doing it the soft or harder way, the most important thing is that you’re actually doing it.
Don’t let your fear sit in the closet and grow. Open the closet. Face the skeleton. Evict it.

This card reveals the secrets you are keeping from other that will keep you up at night. These secrets and unspoken issues need to be addressed and be let go of. What do you need to talk about? What needs to be revealed or shared with someone?
Card 2 = The Rats in the Basement
What you’re keeping from yourself. This second card shows something that you are trying not to face. Pretending it isn’t here isn’t going to solve anything. Actually, it’s quite the opposite. This problem threatens to grow if you don’t take care of it now.
Card 3 = The Black Cat in the Parlour
What makes your claws come out? This card helps you identify something that makes you react emotionally. Maybe too hard and too fast. Can you take a step back and be less intense about it?
Card 4 = The Bats in the Attic
What drives you to the brink of madness. What do you hear or fear when you wake up in the middle of the night?
Card 5 = The Ghost in the Bedroom
What haunts your thoughts? The Ghost in the bedroom is an element of your past that explains the fears revealed in the spread.
Card 6 = The Spider in the Bathroom

I have to say, I first crafted this spread while thinking of something nice to share for Halloween. But as I was working on it and doing it for myself I realized that was amazingly clear and powerful. There is A LOT of information in this spread and to be perfectly honest, you don’t even need to wait for Halloween to do it!
