Please read those carefully before proceeding to any order or sign ups on this website. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website or share any data with us.

Ordering an Online Tarot Reading

You can order a reading through the website online shop. The reading is only booked once you have completed your payment on the checkout page. Once we receive your payment, we will send you an email with a simple list of questions that will help the reading be the most accurate possible. These questions include your star sign, gender and those of the people directly included in your question.

We do not request any family names or full addresses and ask you that you do not share with us information that belong to other persons and would violate their privacy (addresses, full names etc.). Once your order is paid in full, it will be reviewed within a few hours or up to one business day. An expected delivery time is given on each product page, please make sure you read each product description and agree to them before proceeding to your order. If a delay is to be expected you will be informed immediately and offered a refund should this delay cause a reasonable inconvenience.

Once you receive your Tarot reading report, you can still ask for additional clarification within a week - this does not include new questions and those should be purchased separately. After a week it is usually hard to get back to a reading (the energy has changed, the memory of the reading is fading). Should you have additional questions or new questions that were not initially included in your order, you will need to purchase a new reading as we will need to proceed to a new session. If you do not receive a confirmation of your order and have not sent questions within two business days please email me using the contact form on this website and we will get back to you quickly. Please check your spam folders and make sure your inbox is not full.

Refunds & Reclamations

Once a reading has been started it cannot be refunded. A refund can only be issued if a reading has been ordered by mistake or if you change your mind before the reading has started. Contact us to see if a refund is possible, we will do our best to accomodate you when possible but refunds are not guaranteed and are never automatically issued.

If you have a reclamation, it must be addressed within 7 days. After this delay, we cannot guarantee to be able to deal with your reclamation anymore.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Once you have purchased a reading, the cost will not be affected by any changes made to our pricing list while your order was open. All prices are in Dollars ($).

We reserve the right to refuse to answer questions for any given reason without justification. If we choose to cancel your online reading or video session, at our sole discretion, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Ethics & Rights Reserved

TarotParlor.com reserves the right to refuse a reading if we feel that the questions may violate our code of ethics or the privacy of another person. If we decide to not proceed to the reading, we will issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Tarot is a tool that offers personal guidance and predictions. For questions of health or legal matter, please seek appropriate professional help. We do not offer readings to minors under the age of 18. To purchase a reading, you must be 18 or more.

When ordering a Tarot Reading, we require certain personal information and will store your email address for our mailing list. Tarot Parlor will never share any information with anyone. We do not share or sell data to any 3rd parties of any kind. Your reading report will be archived for 2 months. During this time, you can request a copy of your reading if you have lost the original. The request must come from the same email address used to make the original purchase. Any other request will be denied to protect the privacy of our users. Your personal Tarot reading will never be used for any commercial or training purpose, nor will it be shared with anyone but the reader who proceeded to order the session.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form and the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
